Return Policy

Returns Made-to-order, personalized, and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or not as described. For standard (non-custom) items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Contact us first for a return authorization — we do not accept unannounced returns. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. Refunds (when approved) are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return, usually within 5–10 business days. To start a return or report damage, email the shop with your order number and photos of the issue.
