Shipping Policy

Shipping Orders are typically prepared within 3–10 business days. Made-to-order or custom items may take longer; the product page notes any extended lead time. We ship within the United States using common carriers. You will receive tracking when your order ships. Delivery times after handoff to the carrier are estimates and can vary. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address you entered incorrectly. Risk of loss and title pass to you when the carrier scans the package as accepted. If a package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us with your order number and tracking. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos — we will make it right.
